Yes, if you're a human being craving resilience, presence, and connection. We invite you to grow your strength, expand your capacity, and explore the intersection of lifting and somatics with us.
What should I bring?
Please wear comfortable clothes. Mats, props, bands, and weights will be provided. If you'd like to join us for a discounted sauna session after hours, bring a bathing suit and two towels.
What is somatics?
Somatic simply means relating to the body. We believe movement is medicine. Moving and feeling deeper into your body helps you not only be more present, but access the emotions, insights, and wisdom your body holds. Through embodiment practices and space for movement exploration, you can nourish your body and even heal trauma that can get stuck in your body, as chronic pain for example. We encourage our students to unravel in this work at their own pace while also acknowledging that traditional strength training is somatic work in and of itself.
